The deal
Rat List is a free wishlist and Secret Santa app run by Edouard Baillot, registered as auto-entrepreneur in France. By using it you agree to the terms below.
Who can use it
You need to be at least 13 years old. You’re responsible for what you post under your account and for keeping the email address you sign in with under your control.
What you can post
This is a wishlist app, so we expect the kinds of things people gift each other. Please don’t post:
- anything illegal in France or in your country
- sexually explicit material, gore, or any content targeting minors
- content that harasses, defames or discriminates against a person or group
- spam, scams, or affiliate links you haven’t disclosed
- someone else’s copyrighted images without permission
If you do, we may remove the content and, if it’s a pattern, suspend or delete the account.
Your content
Your data belongs to you. You grant us the minimum licence we need to host and display it to the people you’ve chosen — your friend circles and anyone you give a public share link to. We don’t licence it to third parties.
Our service
Rat List is provided «as is», without warranties. We make our best effort to keep it running and secure, but we don’t guarantee uptime and may take it down for maintenance.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the (zero) amount you have paid us in the past year.
Suspension and deletion
You can delete your account at any time from settings — the data is removed within 24 hours.
We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms or the law. If we do that, we’ll tell you why.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is material we’ll email you before it takes effect; otherwise the new version applies the next time you sign in.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that can’t be settled directly goes to the competent court in France.
